The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 29.05.2018 registered as Case Crime No.499 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 120-B IPC, P.S. Cantt., District Varanasi.
Learned A.G.A. has made a statement that a final report has been submitted in the matter on 25.12.2018.
In view of the above, cause of action does not survive. In case any further action is taken on the police report, the petitioner shall be free to take recourse to appropriate remedy.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
