When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition. Permission sought for is granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that in such circumstances in case the petitioner did not turn up for receiving the amount awarded it will be open to the respondents to deposit the amount, in accordance with law.
