Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation and to make the recovery of alleged kidnapped girl of case crime No.37 of 2014, under section 363 IPC P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Bahraich.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present case alleged kidnapped girl has not been recovered, it is directed that S.S.P. Bahraich shall look into the matter and shall make his best effort for recovery of alleged kidnapped girl as early as possible preferably within three months from today.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
