JUDGMENT / ORDER

C.M. Application No. 127729 of 2014 - Application for Substitution.
The petition was filed by the deceased petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment on Class IV post due to the demise of his father who died in harness. During the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner Krishna Kumar Mishra had also died on 17.07.2014.
This application has been moved by Sri Dinesh Kumar Mishra, who is the brother of the deceased petitioner.
The application is rejected with liberty to the applicant to approach the appropriate forum.
Since the petitioner had died, the petition stands abated.
