Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shivam Pandey holding the brief of Sri Pratik Chandra on behalf of respondent nos. 2 & 3 and learned Standing Counsel.
The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been filed directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 20.04.2018 pending before the respondent no. 1 & 2 to cancel the recognition and registration of the Radha Raman Mahavidyalaya University Tulapur Pargana and Patralay Sikandra Block Bahariya, Tehsil Phulpur, District- Prayagraj (annexure no. 4 to the writ petition) within the stipulated period of time.
The relief is sought by the petitioner to cancel the recognition of the Radha Raman Mahavidyalaya University Tulapur Pargana and Patralay Sikandra Block Bahariya, Tehsil Phulpur, District- Prayagraj but the college has not been impleaded as respondent. The petitioner, who is the aggrieved person and want to cancel the recognition of the college, have to file a public interest litigation.
It is pointed out by learned counsel for the respondent no. 2- State University Prayagraj, that earlier, a PIL No. 12220 of 2012 filed by the petitioner, which was dismissed on 14.03.2012, for want of prosecution.
The present writ petition is not maintainable.
In view of the above, the writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
