Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J.
1. Sri Ram Gopal Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioners, states that he has no instructions in the matter. No other counsel has appeared on behalf of petitioners though the case is called in revise.
2. By means of the present writ petition, petitioners have sought the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to ensure the joining/posting of the petitioners on the basis of selection on their respective posts, forthwith."
3. However, I have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioners are not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting relief, as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or that petitioners have lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
