The petitioner seeks to challenge the suspension order dated 29.8.2017 as also the enquiry report dated 19.3.2018 on various grounds raised in the present writ petition.
It is admitted to the petitioner that a show cause notice alongwith enquiry report has been served upon the petitioner on 6.4.2018 but the petitioner has not submitted his reply till date.
The disciplinary authority has called upon the petitioner to submit his objection to the enquiry report vide show cause notice dated 6.4.2018.
In view of the said fact, this Court does not find it appropriate to entertain the present writ petition at this stage.
The writ petition is found premature and hence dismissed.
However, it is open for the petitioner to submit his explanation before the disciplinary authority who may take an appropriate decision in accordance with law.
