Sri Rakesh Kumar Mathur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been filed wrongly.
He may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition so as to take recourse to the appropriate remedy available to him.
In view of above statement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy that may be available to him in law.
