The petitioner seeks writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to take appropriate decision on his application dated 4.3.2021 appended as Annexure-'13' to the writ petition wherein certain complaints have been made with regard to the transactions dated 21.4.2020.
To the innocuous prayer made in the present petition, we do not find any reason to keep the writ petition pending.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:-
(i) The petitioner shall move an application alongwith the copy of this order within a period of two weeks and the pending application dated 4.3.2021 moved by him before the Branch Manager, State Bank of India.
(ii) In case, such an application is moved within the aforesaid period, respondent no.3 shall consider the same in accordance with law considering the guidelines, if any, issued by the R.B.I.
The decision shall be duly communicated to the petitioner.
