Heard Sri Hriday Raj Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ravindra Singh, learned Chief Standing Counsel for respondent no.2.
Petitioner is aggrieved by the nonpayment of Provident Fund and Gratuity amount to him. The petitioner has retired from the services of respondent no.2 on 31.10.2017. He has made repeated representations but his retiral dues relating to the Provident Fund and Gratuity have not been paid to him. Whereas, other dues amounting to Rs.7,11,892/- have been paid to him on 27.2.2018. His representation for Provident Fund and Gratuity amount due from respondents is pending since 6.2.2019. It has remained undisposed off.
Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order therein within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, with the above observations this writ petition stands disposed of.
