By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1, the Collector, Bhadohi, to decide the Appeal No. D0201816670000669 of 2018 (Kishna Kant vs. State of U.P. and others), expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1, the Collector, Bhadohi, to decide Appeal No. D0201816670000669 of 2018 (Kishna Kant vs. State of U.P. and others), in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
