JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Shri Nishant Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel and perused the record.
Facts in brief of the present case are that initially, in the year 1994, petitioner has joined his service as a constable at PAC, Rae Bareli. While the petitioner was posted as Commando, VVIP Security at Lucknow, he was allotted an official accommodation in which petitioner along with his family was living. Subsequently, petitioner has been transferred to Faizabad and no official accommodation has been allotted to him.
Now, by means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that opposite party may be directed not to vacate the premises, allotted to him on the ground that petitioner's children are studying at Lucknow and his wife is also getting treatment at Lucknow and no official accommodation has been allotted to the petitioner at Faizabad.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some time may be granted to the petitioner to vacate the official accommodation at Lucknow.
Learned State Counsel has no objection to the above said prayer.
For the foregoing reasons, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondent not to vacate the premises in question by 31.07.2014, provided that usual rent will be paid by the petitioner as admissible.
