Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
This writ petition was filed initially for mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in service as well as to pay the salary with effect from 15.1.1992. This writ petition was filed on 18.5.1992, no interim order was granted.
In such situation, at this stage no case has been made out as laid by the petitioner that he is continuing without salary on the post, no relief can be granted but it is, however, open to the petitioner to approach the relevant authority for redressal of his grievances and if he approaches the authority concerned will consider the claim strictly in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
No order as to costs.
