The petitions are admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same are heard finally.
2. In these petition, the petitioners inter alia have assailed the validity of the notices dated 11.05.2019 issued by respondent No.6 under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by which the petitioners were asked to appear before respondent No.4 on 13.05.2019.
3. Admittedly, the petitioners have appeared before respondent No.6 whereas, they were required to appear before respondent No.4.
4. When the matters were taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners shall appear before respondent No.4 on 13.08.2019 at 01.00 p.m., and execute the bond as required under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to appear before respondent No.4 on 13.08.2019 at 01.00 p.m., and execute the bond as required under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
6. No further action shall be taken against the petitioners.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of.
