Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Petitioner has retired on 20.01.2021 from the post of officiating Principal, Jalaun Balika Inter College, Jalaun but her retiral dues has not been paid till now. Petitioner by means of present writ petition is seeking a direction upon the respondents to release her all retiral dues.
This Court on 05.10.2021 has passed following order:
"Standing Counsel is directed to obtain instructions as to on what basis, the interim pension was sanctioned in favour of the petitioner and not final pension.
Put up as fresh on 31.10.2021."
Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, which is taken on record, states that the pension of the petitioner has been granted by respondents on 10.12.2021 and relevant papers have been forwarded to the treasury for making payment to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off in the light of statement made by learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
