The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Case No. 26 (Ramdas and others vs. Sita Saran Lal Srivastava and another), under Section 12 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case No. 26 (Ramdas and others vs. Sita Saran Lal Srivastava and another), under Section 12 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act which is pending since 28.4.2014 be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
