Order on Crl. Misc. Modification Application No. 7 of 2019 Heard Sri Ashish Dwivedi, learned counsel for the appellant.
Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant Krishna Gopal Alias Kallu was granted bail by this Court and the appellant is unable to furnish personal bond as he is very poor and there is no property in the name of the appellant or his mother. Hence the order dated 13.12.2018 granting bail to the appellant is modified to the extent that appellant Krishna Gopal Alias Kallu be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs. one lac with two sureties (one should of her close relative).
With the aforesaid modification, the application stands disposed of.
