Heard learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:
" i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 10.2.2017 and 3.3.2017 passed by respondent (Annexure No. 5) by which they have illegally refused to open the bid of the petitioner.
ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directinng the respondents to open the bid of the petitioner both technical and financial and to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of tender along with contesting respondents for Tender No. T-84/MPEC/MPED.IV.PTEP/ 2016-17 and Tender No. T-07/AHD-
II/PTPP/2016-17 (Annexure No. 2) within such time as may be granted by this Hon'ble Court.
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above relief. No interference, therefore, is called for.
Dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
