Heard Sri Hitesh Pachori, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the respondent nos.2 and 4 to conclude the fair and impartial investigation in the Case Crime No.1094 of 2017, under Section 147, 452, 302, 201, 120B, 364, 427 IPC, Police Station Jagdishpura, District Agra.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the abovementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned case, the same may be raised before the S.S.P. Agra, who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.S.P., Agra shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay and police report be submitted before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
