1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he applied for issuance of Caste Certificate vide application dated 9.10.2020 but the said application has not yet been decided by the competent authority.
3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits in case the aforementioned application is pending consideration, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.
4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner and decide petitioner's application dated 9.10.2020 by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
5. The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
6. The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerised copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
