1. Heard Sri V.P. Srivastava, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Lav Srivastava, learned counsel for applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the material available on record.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 159 of 2016, under Sections 498-A, 304B I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 Police Station Jigana, District Mirzapur.
3. There is a dying declaration of deceased, Pushpa in which specific role has been assigned to applicant.
4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it a fit case where applicant should be enlarged on bail.
5. Subject to above observation, bail application of applicant is rejected.
