Learned Counsel for the department states that the present petition has been filed against the final assessment order.
The impugned order is an appellable one under the Act itself. The Court is, therefore, not inclined to interfere in this matter at this stage.
It is left open to the petitioner to take recourse to the statutory remedy provided under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
The writ petition is dismissed as above. No costs.
