The petitioners, who have instituted Original Suit No. 1186/2015, have filed the instant petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, within a time specified by this Court.
This Court does not find any extra ordinary reason on record to warrant issuing such a direction in a suit instituted in the year 2015, which will have effect of giving precedence over other old matters pending before the same Court. In such view of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to apply for expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the trial Court itself.
