Heard Sri Shrawan Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Padmakar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2, 4 and 5.
By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 to 5/Kanpur Development Authority to handover possession of the plot in question after completing all formalities for execution of the lease deed in favour of the petitioner.
In respect of the same subject matter, a Civil Suit No. 891 of 2015 (Krishna Chandra Dwivedi Vs. Lalit Kumar Pandey) is pending before the civil court and therefore we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of.
