Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1, 2 and 3; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks a direction upon the respondent no.3 to examine the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.04.2018 and take necessary action thereon.
According to the petitioner, there had been corruption in matter of appointments. He has placed reliance on a report dated 06.09.2019, which is there on record as Annexure No.9 to the petition.
From a perusal of the concluding part of the said report it appears that some irregularities in respect of appointments have been found but there is nothing in the report to suggest that there had been exchange of improper consideration for appointments.
Under the circumstances, we do not find any good ground to entertain this petition. The petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue the matter with the authorities concerned.
