Heard Shri Rajeev Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the State - respondents and Shri Arun Kumar, for respondent nos. 2 to 4.
The petitioner, in this writ petition, is seeking a direction to the respondents to take action against the unauthorized constructions made by Shri Vinod Saxena and Smt. Ratan Srivastava.
In respect of his grievance, the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 25.02.2019 before the respondent no. 2.
No useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. We, therefore, dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Vice Chairman, Allahabad Development Authority, Allahabad (respondent no. 2) to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2019 (Annexure No. 12 to the writ petition), in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order in his Office. Along with the certified copy of this order, the petitioner shall also annex a copy of the representation dated 25.02.2019.
It is made clear that before any orders are passed, opportunity shall also be given to the said Shri Vinod Saxena and Smt. Ratan Srivastava.
