THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Ms.Ashwini J., for Sri.Vasu Deva Naidu S., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Taking into account the order which this Court propose to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents.
This petition is admitted for hearing and heard finally.
2. In this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for a direction to the respondents to release the security deposit and final bill as per the request made by the petitioner in the communication dated 20.5.2019.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to consider and decide the request made by the petitioner in the letter dated 20.5.2019 for releasing the security deposit as well as the final bill, by a speaking order, within a specified time limit.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the claim of the petitioner with regard to refund of the amount of security deposit as well as the final bill, by a speaking order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
