Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J.
Counter affidavit filed by Sri Nagendra Kumar, learned AGA for the State.
Heard Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashish Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that so far as trial is concerned, four prosecution witnesses have turned hostile. The applicant is in jail since 5.5.2014.
Learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned A.G.A. have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant Krishan involved in Case Crime No. 225 of 2014 under Section 302, 201 I.P.C., police station Singhawali Ahir, District Baghpat.
Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
