This court finds that the petitioners were required to appear before the lower court sometime after January 2011. No plausible reason has been shown for non-appearance before the lower court. The fact that Non-bailable Warrant has been issued indicates default on the part of the petitioners resulting in causing considerable delay in proceedings before the trial court.
