1. Sri Bala Nath Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner along with petitioner-Sri Krishan Mohan Tiwari, who is present in person. Corpus is also present.
2. As per the report of C.M.O., Prayagraj dated 18.08.2021, corpus, who was deputed for medical examination, has refused to undergo medical examination and the statements of the corpus are appended along with her photograph, duly attested by herself.
3. In view of such fact situation, when corpus is asked as to where she would like to go, she submits that she would like to go back to her father.
4. In view of such statement given by the corpus, custody of corpus, who is admittedly a minor, is handed over to the father and father is free to take her to his home.
5. In above terms, petition is disposed off.
6. Learned AGA is requested to get the copy of the communication, sent by the C.M.O., Prayagraj and the accompanying applications, scanned and upload it on the website of the case.
7. Bench Secretary is directed to return all original papers. Driving License and Aadhaar Card of petitioner-Sri Krishan Mohan Tiwari is returned to him in open court and similarly, original school admission register is returned back to Sri Lalan Singh, Manager, D.N.K. Public School.
