1. Heard Sri J. N. Singh, learned counsel for petitioners, Sri Avanish Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.3 and 4.
2. Petitioners were regularized on the post of Pump Attendant instead of Pump Operator. Without challenging same, they are claiming salary on the post of Pump Operator though appointment and regularisation was moved as Pump Attendant. Unless said order is not challenged, no mandamus commanding respondents for payment of salary of Pump Operator to petitioners, for which appointment has not been made, can be issued by this Court.
3. Writ petition as drafted is totally misconceived.
4. Dismissed accordingly.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
