Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and Shri Rajesh Yadav, Advocate appearing for respondents.
Petitioners are before this Court with the request to direct the respondents to grant arrears of salary to the petitioners from 01.07.2015 till December 2015 with interest.
The entire claim has been set up in the light of the judgement dated 08.08.2017 passed in Writ-A No. 33360 of 2017 (Angad Yadav and others v. State of U.P. and others) and as such, request has been made asking the respondent to decide the claim set up by the petitioners in the light of the aforesaid judgement.
Learned Standing Counsel has not opposed the said prayer.
With the consent of the parties, without entering into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition stands disposed of asking the District Basic Education Officer, Baghpat to look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate order and in case there is no other impediment, the benefit may be extended to the petitioner in the light of Angad Yadav (supra).
