On 25th March, 2021 following order was passed:-
"Let a legible copy of the document at Page No.28, 29, 30, 31, 33 and 34 of the compilation be filed by the petitioner within a period of 15 days failing which petition shall stands dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
List in the week commencing 26.4.2021 as fresh"
The office has submitted a report dated 24th September, 2021 stating that the petitioner has not filed compilation of legible documents in compliance of the order dated 25th March, 2021.
Thus, in view of the clear mandate in the order dated 25th March, 2021 that if the order is not complied with, the petition shall stand dismissed, let the records be consigned.
