The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the application being Case No.76/2018 (Krishan Bihari Lal Vs. Syed Ali & Ors.) under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Nautanwa, District Maharajganj may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.76/2018 (Krishan Bihari Lal Vs. Syed Ali & Ors.) be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
