JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, an affidavit has been filed by the second respondent in which he has stated that a compromise has been arrived at between him and the petitioners herein, and that he is not interested in prosecuting the accused for the present offence, because of the compromise. Both the petitioners have filed separate affidavits stating that compromise had been arrived at between them and the second respondent.
2. Both the parties are present. Their identities have been verified and they accepted the contents in the affidavits as true and genuine.
3. Recording the affidavits filed as stated supra, the proceedings in C.C.No.2615 of 2015 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai is quashed, and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
