SAHAI) Learned counsel Mr.M.R.Bhatt holding brief of learned advocate Mrs.Mauna Bhatt for the appellant states that the matter is pending for admission before the learned Single Judge and, therefore, he wants to withdraw this appeal at this stage. The prayer is accepted. This Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.

In view of dismissal of appeal, Civil Application No.730 of 2012 does not survive and accordingly stands dismissed with no order as to costs.
