After the aforesaid order was passed and before it was signed, Shri Bhatt, learned advocate for applicant mentioned the matter and submitted that the Civil Application may not be disposed of, as the details have not been furnished and, therefore, even KRIBHCO issued letter on 08.05.2012. The letter is taken on record. Therefore, in view of this, let the matter be listed on 22.06.2012.
