Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent nos.3, 5 and 7 have yet not been served. The Rule was issued on 31.05.2007, therefore, he requests for fresh notice of Rule to be issued to the unserved respondents namely respondent nos.3, 5 and 7.

Accordingly, let there be a fresh notice of Rule qua respondent nos.3, 5 and 7, returnable on 05.12.2012.

Direct service is permitted.
