JUDGMENT / ORDER

In the impugned transfer order, it is mentioned that the persons mentioned in the impugned order are being transferred from Traffic Police to their original cadre.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his original cadre was the Civil Police and not Armed Police while by the impugned order he has been transferred to Armed Police.
Learned Standing Counsel may seek instruction whether his original cadre is the Armed Police or Civil Police or Traffic Police.
