JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the decision of the appellate authority,Varanasi, the records have been sent to Azamgarh Depot and the records should be available at Azamgarh Depot. However, it has been informed that the records are not traceable.
Let the Regional Manager, UPSRTC, Azamgarh Depot may appear in person on 24.9.2012 and may also file affidavit in this regard.
