The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction Paper No. 6-C pending in Original Suit No. 23 of 2019 within a stipulated time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the service on the defendants has been held to be sufficient on basis of publication in newspaper. The next date fixed is 29.8.2019.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
