This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2/ District Magistrate, Ghazipur to pass an appropriate order in the matter of the illegal running of the Brick-kiln in the name of M/s Babban Rai Eith Bhatta Udyog, village Bhrauli Kalan, Tahsil Mohammadabad District Ghazipur.
From perusal of the record, it transpires that the writ petition lacks the necessary factual foundation. Although the petitioner has submitted that provisions of certain Government Orders are being violated but neither any reference thereof has been made in the writ petition nor a copy of the same has been enclosed.Only general and vague allegations have been made against the respondents and there is no cogent material on record to support the allegation of malafide.
In view of the above, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is dismissed.
