Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and, Shri Azad Khan appearing for the respondent No. 3.
This petition arises out of the proceedings for allotment of chaks. It is the case of the petitioner that certain land of plot no. 768, the original holding of the respondent no. 4 which was left as Bachat or reserved in the statement of principles for Manure-pit was valued at his instance in allotment proceedings and included in his chak thereby granting him LAB (Land Appurtenant to Building) chak. It has been submitted that this order has been wrongly and illegally interfered with by the Deputy Director of Consolidation at the instance of the respondent no. 4, who had not objected to the statement of principles.
Matter requires consideration.
Issue notice to the respondent No. 4 by the registered post A.D. Steps may be taken within a week.
Until further orders, the operation of the impugned order dated 13.1.2014 shall remain stayed.
