1. Mr. Kavina, learned Senior Counsel has tendered draft amendment with a request for permission to amend paragraph No.9 so as to add additional prayer i.e. prayer 9(e).
2. Mr. Kavina, learned Senior Counsel has submitted that actually the request has already been made by the petitioner in the reply affidavit and that therefore request for such amendment is not required however only with a view to avoiding any technical objection about relief clause and regarding relief prayed for, formal request for permission to amend the petition, particularly paragraph No.9, is made by virtue of said draft amendment.
3. The draft amendment is granted. The petitioner is permitted to amend paragraph No.9 so as to add paragraph No.9(e) in terms of draft amendment.
4. In reply to the petitioner's affidavit dated 23.8.2012 learned advocate for the respondent has today filed an additional affidavit dated 28.8.2012. The said affidavit along with petitioner's affidavit dated 28.8.2012 are taken on record.
Office is directed to list the matter for further hearing on 3.9.2012.
