1. Heard Mr. Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Ramnandan Singh, learned advocate for the respondent railway authority.

2. In connection with the grievance made by learned advocate for the petitioner on previous occasion, learned advocate for the respondent railway authority has placed on record a communication dated 4.10.2012.

3. Mr. Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the said communication addresses and satisfies petitioner's immediate anxiety.
