The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the respondent to issue four months temporary permit to him on the route Kechery - Thrissur - Kozikode in respect of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-08/BE 1224 in the vacant timings of KL-08/AV 1456 by considering Ext.P1 application. 2. In the circumstances detailed above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue temporary permit as sought for in Ext.P1 for a period of four months, within a period of one week from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
