The petitioner has approached the District Collector for permission to transport the clay stored in the petitioner’s property referred in Ext.P1 to his factory. Ext.P2 is the application. The petitioner submits that it is not for extracting clay but only for the purpose of transporting clay from his property to the factory.
In view of the limited request as above, if there is no other impediment, the permission shall be granted to the petitioner based on Ext.P2 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
