JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka. 1007/2017 A.2, dated 09.03.2017 on the file the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to re-instate the petitioner in service in the post of salesman with all consequential benefits within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. This Writ petition is only for challenging the order returning the revision submitted by the petitioner before the first respondent. The first respondent, by the impugned order in Na.Ka.1007/2017 A.2, dated 09.03.2017, has returned the revision which was filed before the first respondent. The reasons for returning the papers presented by the petitioner are stated in the impugned order and there is no adjudication of any issue on merits.
5. In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to entertain the Writ petition. Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to resubmit the returned revision after complying with the defects pointed out by the first respondent. No costs.
