Exts.P1, P2 and P3 are the assessment orders passed against the petitioner for the years 2005-06, 2006-07 and 2007-08. Against these orders, petitioner filed Exts.P4, P5 and P6 appeals, which are accompanied by Exts.P4 (a), P5(a) and P6(a) stay petitions. During the pendency of appeals and stay petitions before the 2nd respondent, revenue recovery proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner by Exts.P7, P8 and P9 notices. It is in these circumstances, the writ petition is filed. 2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the 2nd respondent shall dispose of Exts.P4(a), P5(a) and P6(a) stay petitions within a period of one month from today and in the meanwhile, further proceedings pursuant to WP(C).12858/14 2 Exts.P7, P8 and P9 revenue recovery notices shall be kept in abeyance until such orders are passed, which orders shall determine the matter thereafter.
3. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent for compliance.
Writ petition disposed of.
