The revision is filed only seeking direction for early disposal of I.A.No.221 of 2015 in O.S.No.44 of 2015, which is filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC to reject the plaint, which is filed for the relief of specific performance. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said I.A. had been filed in 2015 and it has been unnecessarily kept pending and the next date of hearing is 21.02.2017 for submitting written submissions. As it appears that the arguments are over, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, is directed to dispose of the said I.A. on or before 15.03.2017. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
